Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology, Western Australia Final Flood Warning For The Salt Lakes District Rivers Issued at 09:50 AM WST on Friday 22 March 2024 Flood Warning Number: 11 FLOOD IMPACTS HAVE EASED IN THE SALT LAKES DISTRICT No significant rainfall has been recorded in the 24 hours to 9 am Friday. Significant rainfall earlier this month resulted in localised flooding and road closures. Localised flooding is expected to have eased, however road conditions may continue to be affected, and the isolation of some communities remains possible. Salt Lakes District Rivers: Flood impacts have eased within the Salt Lakes District. Flood Safety Advice: DFES advises people and communities to be aware that flooding is possible and be prepared to relocate equipment and livestock. Watch water levels. Travellers need to be aware that road conditions may be adversely affected and travel plans may need to be reconsidered.
