Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology, National Water Operations Final Flood Warning For The North Esk River Issued at 06:20 AM AEDT on Sunday 09 November 2025 Flood Warning Number: 3 MINOR FLOODING NO LONGER EXPECTED AT CORRA LINN Flooding is no longer expected along the North Esk River at Corra Linn, where river levels peaked below the minor flood level Saturday evening. Lower North Esk River around Corra Linn: Minor flooding is no longer expected along the Lower North Esk River. The North Esk River at Corra Linn peaked at 2.52 m around 07:30 pm Saturday 8 November, below the minor flood level. The river is currently at 2.35 m and falling, below the minor flood level. The North Esk River at Corra Linn is expected to remain below the minor flood level (2.70 m). Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous. Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways. Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads. Check the ABC and local media for updates.
