Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology South Australia TOP PRIORITY FOR IMMEDIATE BROADCAST Cancellation Of Severe Thunderstorm Warning for North East Pastoral district. Issued at 11:19 pm Saturday, 25 October 2025. Severe thunderstorms have now passed. Weather Situation A line of severe thunderstorms moved through the interior of the state this evening, ahead of a cold front. Thunderstorms have eased below severe however the situation continues to be monitored. cancellation of severe thunderstorm warning for the following areas: North East Pastoral This warning is now cancelled. Other warnings may be current. Please check www.bom.gov.au/australia/warnings/. 94 km/h wind gust was recorded at Tarcoola at 6:25 pm. 96 km/h wind gust was recorded at Marree at 10.30pm. The State Emergency Service advises that people should: * Keep clear of fallen power lines. * Beware of fallen trees or debris on the road. * Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water. * Keep clear of creeks and storm drains. No further warnings will be issued for this event. Warnings are also available through TV and Radio broadcasts, the Bureau's website at www.bom.gov.au or call 1300 659 210. The Bureau and State Emergency Service would appreciate warnings being broadcast regularly.
