Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology, Queensland Final Flood Warning For Warrill Creek Issued at 09:58 AM EST on Tuesday 14 January 2025 Flood Warning Number: 7 FLOODING NO LONGER OCCURRING AT AMBERLEY Repeated rainfall since Friday caused river level rises and minor flooding along Warrill Creek. River levels are now below the minor flood level at Amberley during Tuesday morning and no further flooding is expected for this event. Showers and isolated thunderstorms are forecast over the next few days. The catchment is saturated and may respond quickly to further isolated heavy rainfall. The situation is being closely monitored and warnings will resume if required. Warrill Creek: Flooding is no longer occurring along Warrill Creek at Amberley. Warrill Creek at Amberley is currently at 2.94 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (4.00 m). Warrill Creek at Amberley is likely to remain below the minor flood level (4.00 metres) for the remainder of Tuesday.
