No significant rainfall has been recorded in the last 48 hours to 9:00 am Thursday. No significant rainfall is forecast for the next few days. Mary River to Gympie: River levels continue easing along the Mary River to Gympie. The Mary River at Gympie fell below the minor flood level (6.00 m) during Wednesday morning. The river level is currently at 2.16 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (6.00 m). The Mary River at Gympie will remain below the minor flood level (6.00 m). Mary River downstream of Gympie: Flood levels have eased below minor flood levels along the Mary River downstream of Gympie. The Mary River at Miva recorded a minor flood peak of 7.56 metres on Wednesday morning 12 March. The river level is currently at 5.34 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (7.50 m). The Mary River at Miva will remain below the minor flood level (7.50 m). The Mary River at Tiaro recorded a minor flood peak of 6.39 metres on Wednesday afternoon 12 March. The river level is currently at 5.39 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (6.00 m). The Mary River at Tiaro will remain below the minor flood level (6.00 m).
