Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology, Queensland Final Flood Warning For The Mary River Issued at 07:44 AM EST on Monday 13 January 2025 Flood Warning Number: 4 FLOODING NO LONGER OCCURRING AT MIVA AND TIARO Flooding is no longer occurring along the Mary River, where river levels at Miva and Tiaro fell below minor flood levels during Sunday and into Monday. Scattered showers and storms will persist across the catchment throughout the week, however this rainfall is unlikely to cause any renewed or further riverine flooding over the next few days. Mary River downstream of Gympie: Flooding is no longer occurring along the Mary River downstream of Gympie. The Mary River at Miva is currently at 5.21 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (7.50 metres). The Mary River at Miva is likely to remain below the minor flood level (7.50 m) for the next few days. The Mary River at Tiaro is currently at 5.44 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (6.00 metres).
