Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology, Queensland Final Flood Warning For The Upper Burdekin, Lower Burdekin And Suttor Rivers Issued at 10:07 AM EST on Monday 17 February 2025 Flood Warning Number: 56 FLOODING IS NO LONGER OCCURRING ACROSS THE BURDEKIN CATCHMENT Minor flooding has now eased along the Burdekin and Suttor Rivers. River levels are expected to continue easing slowly over the next few days. No significant widespread rainfall is forecast over the next few days. Belyando and Suttor Rivers to Burdekin Falls Dam: No further flooding is expected along the Belyando and Suttor Rivers to Burdekin Falls Dam. The Suttor River at St Anns is currently at 3.90 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (4.00 m). The Suttor River at St Anns is expected to continue easing slowly over the next few days and remain below the minor flood level (4.00 m). Burdekin River to Burdekin Falls Dam: No further flooding is expected in the Burdekin River to Burdekin Falls Dam. The Burdekin River at Burdekin Dam is currently at 2.68 metres and falling slowly, below the minor flood level (3.00 m). The Burdekin River at Burdekin Dam is expected to continue easing slowly over the next few days and remain below the minor flood level (3.00 m). Burdekin River downstream of Burdekin Falls Dam: No further flooding is expected in the Burdekin River downstream of Burdekin Falls Dam. The Burdekin River at Dalbeg is currently at 9.43 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (10.00 m). The Burdekin River at Dalbeg is expected to continue easing slowly over the next few days and remain below the minor flood level (10.00 m). The Burdekin River at Clare is currently at 8.60 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (9.00 m). The Burdekin River at Clare is expected to continue easing slowly over the next few days and remain below the minor flood level (9.00 m). The Burdekin River at Inkerman Bridge is currently at 6.80 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (7.00 m).
