Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology, New South Wales Final Flood Warning For The Hawkesbury River Issued at 04:18 PM EST on Monday 10 June 2024 Flood Warning Number: 16 NORTH RICHMOND EXPECTED TO FALL BELOW MINOR MONDAY EVENING The river level along the Hawkesbury River at North Richmond is continuing to ease and is expected to fall below the minor flood level Monday evening. No significant rainfall is forecast over the next few days. Hawkesbury and Lower Nepean River: No further flooding is expected in the Hawkesbury River. The Hawkesbury River at North Richmond (WPS) is currently at 4.04 metres and falling, just above the minor flood level (3.80 m). The Hawkesbury River at North Richmond (WPS) is expected to fall below the minor flood level (3.80 m) Monday evening. Hawkesbury River at Windsor (WPS): Cancellation Flood Safety Advice: In life threatening emergencies, call 000 (triple zero) immediately. If you require rescue, assistance to evacuate or other emergency help, ring NSW SES on 132 500. * Avoid drowning. Stay out of rising water, seek refuge in the highest available place. * Prevent damage to your vehicle. Move it under cover, away from areas likely to flood. * Avoid being swept away.
